Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full HR service delivery including recruitment and job evaluation

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives for employee retention

• Improve communication and HR policies across teams

• Shape programs that align with evolving workforce needs

• Lead recognition and performance management initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business

• 7+ years of experience in HR advisory roles

• Preferred CPHR certification

• In-depth knowledge of BC employment laws

• Proven ability to communicate effectively
