As a Payroll Administrator reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for complete payroll processing and resolving discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations while maintaining employee records and responding to inquiries. Strong communication and attention to detail will be key in providing excellent service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations and records maintenance
• Address payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally
• Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
• Assist in generating payroll reports for audits
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of payroll experience in a multi-provincial environment
• PCP designation or working towards it is an asset
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
• Proficient with payroll systems like Workday or ADP
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
