At Match Group, you will partner with E&E Vancouver Studio leaders across brands like Plenty of Fish and The League. As a Senior Manager, you’ll provide strategic talent support and foster organizational effectiveness while embedding yourself deeply in the business culture. Your expertise in performance management and employee relations will guide leaders through complex situations and change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary People Business Partner for E&E Vancouver Studio

• Advise senior leadership on organizational design and talent strategy

• Lead talent initiatives in collaboration with L&D COE

• Manage performance processes and year-end compensation reviews

• Handle sensitive matters with Legal and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 7+ years as a People Business Partner in high-growth contexts

• Proven strategic advisor skills in evolving environments

• Comfortable with data-driven and empathetic decision-making

• Experience with HR tools like Workday and Jira

• Strong communication skills for all organizational levels
