Hybrid Benefits Coordinator

In this position, you will manage day-to-day benefits operations, support compliance reporting, and maintain accurate employee benefits records.
Your role will involve close collaboration with People & Culture, Payroll, and external providers to streamline benefits processes and enhance the employee experience. The focus is on operational excellence and compliant program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits programs thoroughly
• Handle inquiries from employees and managers effectively
• Maintain benefits records across HR and payroll systems
• Support reconciliation activities with Payroll and Finance
• Generate necessary benefits reporting for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 0–2 years in HR or benefits administration
• Familiarity with US and/or Canadian benefits
• Attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment
• Experience with HRIS platforms like HiBob or ADP
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
