Position: Strategic People Business Partner Role
Join Clio as a Senior People Business Partner, focusing on strategic HR initiatives to support Finance and Product teams in a hybrid setting.

Your primary role will be to empower leaders with data-driven insights and enhance organizational performance through effective people strategies. You'll engage in leadership coaching, risk management, and compliance, ensuring Clio maintains its commitment to an inclusive workplace. This position requires deep understanding of both corporate and product ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive people strategies aligned with growth and culture goals

• Guide organizational design and role clarity initiatives

• Lead performance management and talent reviews

• Address complex employee relations swiftly and effectively

• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence on programs

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years in HR/People Business Partner roles

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Familiarity with compliance and employment law

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
