Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with creative communities to source design candidates
• Screen portfolios and assess quality and collaboration skills
• Work with design leaders to define hiring standards
• Coordinate interviews, including portfolio reviews and exercises
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems
Requirements:
• Proven experience in design recruitment for high-growth companies
• Strong sourcing skills using AI and creative platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven with a focus on improving recruiting efficacy
• Ability to juggle multiple hiring processes effectively
