Senior Manager, Talent Development at Clio

Lead talent initiatives with Clio as a Senior Manager in Talent Development & Learning. This 14-month contract role is based in Vancouver with remote options available.

Clio is seeking a Senior Manager to join its People team on a contract basis. You will spearhead talent management programs, global onboarding experiences, and leadership development initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate AI fluency across teams while measuring program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing TD&L team

• Oversee global talent management programs

• Optimize Global Onboarding for all regions

• Develop leadership and management training programs

• Measure program KPIs and impact

Requirements:

• 10+ years in HR or Talent Development

• Experience in managing high-performing teams

• Deep knowledge of talent management and development

• Proven success in designing learning programs

• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
