Brex is looking for an Operations Recruiter on a 12-month contract to support high-volume recruiting. You will work directly with hiring managers to create effective strategies for candidate attraction while ensuring a seamless hiring process that engages applicants. Initially requiring two in-office days, the role transitions to three by February 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies

• Proactively source candidates through various platforms

• Manage all aspects of the candidate journey

• Create talent maps to provide market insights

• Represent Brex during the candidate recruitment process

Requirements:

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers

• Strong organizational coordination skills

• Familiarity with HR practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
