• Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates

• Provide interview feedback and recommendations

• Coordinate onboarding processes and related documentation

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years in HR or recruitment experience

• An undergraduate degree or higher education

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with innovative sourcing methods

• Ability to prioritize multiple searches effectively
