This role demands a high school diploma or GED, preferably with an Associate's Degree and two years' HR experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HRIS data integrity across employee records
• Process various Personnel Action Request forms
• Manage Leave of Absences and Family Medical Leave
• Assist in new employee orientation processes
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma;
Associate's preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Must obtain Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
