As Senior People Partner, you will guide various organizational strategies involving performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. You will provide high-level counsel and drive initiatives that significantly affect the business. Partner effectively with leadership to implement practices that cultivate employee satisfaction and development throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead organizational effectiveness strategies including onboarding
• Offer timely P&C support and interpretation of policies
• Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction
• Coach managers on talent assessment and succession
• Ensure compliance with all termination and legal processes
Requirements:
• 8+ years in HR or business partnering roles
• Experience leading strategic people initiatives for organizations
• Solid understanding of relevant employment laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to foster open relationships within the workplace
