Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily functions of employee relations operations

• Implement employee relations programs that ensure consistency

• Analyze trends at Distribution Centres for continuous improvement

• Guide leaders on addressing people-related issues

• Facilitate training sessions on communication and practices

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in HR, industrial relations, or similar fields

• Familiarity with multiple-site operations and large teams

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills

• Proven project management abilities and a detail-oriented approach
