Position: Full Cycle Recruitment Specialist BC
Become a key player in talent acquisition with the Insurance Council of British Columbia. This position offers a hybrid work model and focuses on optimizing the recruitment lifecycle in a collaborative setting.

The 12-month Talent Acquisition Specialist contract involves overseeing recruitment activities from beginning to end. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective strategies, and enhance candidate communications.

Your role will also include coordinating interviews and managing the applicant tracking system to ensure a streamlined hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process effectively

• Conduct applicant screening and reference checks

• Schedule interviews and oversee candidate testing

• Produce recruitment reports and analyze metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools

• Strong knowledge of employment regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
