Vancouver HR Business Partner Position

Become an HR Business Partner at Amacon, providing hands-on HR support across various functions. This position is full-time in downtown Vancouver, focusing on recruitment and employee relations.

As part of Amacon's HR team, you'll leverage your 5+ years of experience to support 500+ employees across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Denver, Colorado. Utilizing your knowledge in HR management, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with HR policies.

Your role is pivotal in enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance on employee performance and relations

• Oversee all phases of recruitment and onboarding

• Conduct audits on HR documentation for accuracy

• Collaborate on employee engagement and recognition programs

• Analyze HR metrics for strategic insights

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or equivalent role

• Familiarity with CPHR or SHRM-CP designations

• Skills in HRIS/ATS systems, BambooHR preferred

• Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information
