Position: Experienced Human Resources Generalist Needed
Join Hamilton Center, Inc. as an experienced Human Resources Generalist. Contribute significantly to HR operations and strategic initiatives supporting organizational needs.

This role requires assisting the HR Manager in various projects, improving HR functions across departments, and analyzing key HR data. You will address employee concerns, guide them through HR policies, and help implement necessary training and orientation to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support special HR projects and initiatives

• Analyze HRIS for recruitment and retention insights

• Handle employee inquiries alongside management

• Communicate policy updates to staff

• Conduct general orientation and HR training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar

• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience or equivalent

• Proficiency in HR disciplines like Recruitment and Benefits

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Active pursuit of HR certifications (PHR, SPHR)
