Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire candidate recruitment life cycle
• Ensure timely candidate placements and compliance
• Continuously learn roles and technologies for sourcing
• Utilize job boards and Linked In for passive recruitment
• Maintain comprehensive ATS documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment or relevant sales experience
• Experience with AI technology in hiring
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS
