Step into a pivotal role as the People & Culture Business Partner at Eminence Organic Skin Care in Vancouver, BC. This hybrid position combines strategic HR expertise with team engagement initiatives, requiring on-site presence three days a week.

In this mid-senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies. Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Team to ensure a thriving workplace that excels in performance management and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires

• Coach Hiring Managers on recruiting best practices

• Conduct in-person interviews with management teams

• Support employee development through guidance and training

• Organize and execute people engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Generalist HR role

• 1-2 years in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of HR legislation and policies

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
