Join the University of British Columbia as the Lead in Performance Enablement and Change, enhancing employee engagement and performance culture. This role focuses on driving strategic practices across the university.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Organizational Development, you will champion UBC's performance enablement initiatives, operationalizing the Goals, Performance, and Success (GPS) framework. Your responsibilities include building leader capability, supporting fair performance practices, and implementing effective change management strategies across faculties. Leveraging robust training and resources, you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion GPS adoption across the university
• Deliver training and resources for performance enablement
• Advise leaders on effective performance practices
• Analyze program data for continuous improvement
• Facilitate change management activities for HR initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of related experience required
• Strong knowledge of change management principles
• Familiarity with performance enablement methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
