HR Recruitment Associate Position

Join the Honey Badger Charging team as an HR Recruitment Associate in Vancouver, British Columbia, and play a crucial role in sourcing and onboarding exceptional talent. This full-time, on-site position allows you to enhance the employee lifecycle through effective recruitment practices.

You will manage the full recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities to cement a positive and engaging employee experience. Your organizational skills and people focus will be essential in helping us thrive in the electric vehicle charging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring

• Utilize Linked In and other platforms to attract candidates

• Conduct interviews and gather feedback for hiring decisions

• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new hire sessions

• Maintain confidentiality in HR records and processes

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years relevant HR/recruitment experience

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in education

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with niche job sourcing techniques

• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
