Requirements:

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition; 4+ years in operations

• Proven experience with change management

• Strong data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent coaching and team leadership abilities

• Familiarity with talent operations tools like Brighthire and Greenhouse
