Position: Senior HR Partner Role at University of Venda
Lead HR initiatives at the University of Venda as a Senior Human Resource Partner, ensuring alignment of HR processes with strategic university goals. Your effective communication and HR expertise will drive collaboration and service excellence.

In this pivotal role under Corporate Services, an Honours degree in Human Resources and at least five years of experience are essential. You will oversee the implementation of HR strategies while fostering collaboration within teams and enhancing stakeholder relationships across the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interpretation and execution of HR policies

• Champion collaboration across HR functions and departments

• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR practices

• Promote a solution-oriented work environment

• Manage resources and ensure risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Honours degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• Minimum five years’ experience in HR, ideally in higher education

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and HR systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Registration with an HR professional body
