Humans of HR is searching for a proficient HR Generalist with Labour Relations expertise to enhance operations in Delta. This position allows you to engage in varied HR functions while reporting to a respected leader. Engage actively with a high-performing HR team and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a range of HR matters for staff

• Partner on recruitment strategies from attraction to onboarding

• Contribute to employee performance management efforts

• Engage in labour relations in a unionized context

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR systems and data

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in unions

• Relevant post-secondary education in HR

• CPHR credential is advantageous

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation

• Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills
