Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on labour relations matters

• Organize grievance meetings and employee investigations

• Conduct workplace bullying and harassment investigations

• Participate in collective bargaining and management meetings

• Prepare for mediation and arbitration hearings

Requirements:

• University Degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations

• 5 years of experience in Labour Relations or Human Resources

• Strong advocacy and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage confidential issues effectively

• Experience in a multi-union public sector environment
