Collaborating with leaders in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth, you will translate business strategies into effective compensation solutions. Your insights will directly impact the design and administration of commission-based compensation plans while maintaining rigorous governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern incentive-based compensation plans

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders

• Manage end-to-end incentive processes including payouts

• Ensure compliance and strong governance over compensation programs

• Analyze performance data to inform plan design

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and incentive plans

• Strong understanding of governance and compliance

• Advanced analytical skills including Excel

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
