In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and administration of incentive and commission-based compensation plans, working closely with leaders in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth. Your responsibilities include managing processes and ensuring compliance with governance principles. As a trusted advisor, you will translate business strategies into practical compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and govern incentive-based compensation plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
- Manage end-to-end incentive processes including payouts
- Ensure compliance and strong governance over compensation programs
- Analyze performance data to inform plan design
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and incentive plans
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance
- Advanced analytical skills including Excel
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
