VCH Human Resources Analyst Role

As a Human Resources Analyst, reporting to the Director of HR & Labour Relations, your expertise in collective agreements and HR data analysis will provide essential support to operational leaders. You'll help manage attendance trends and ensure adherence to organizational policies while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on collective agreement interpretation

• Coordinate union leave requests and billing processes

• Conduct compliance monitoring and documentation

• Create dashboards that inform operational decisions

• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration focused on HR

• At least two years of related HR experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR databases

• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities

• Excellent advice providing and communication skills
