Senior HR Partner at Match Group

Join Match Group as a Senior People Business Partner and shape the future of HR in tech. This Vancouver-based role focuses on supporting leaders in creating engaging work environments.

You will engage directly with leadership across the E&E Vancouver Studio, which includes brands like Plenty of Fish and The League.

Your role involves advising on team effectiveness, talent strategies, and cultural initiatives that drive growth and success. Regular in-office interactions (Tuesday to Thursday) will enhance collaboration and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner for leadership teams

• Manage key people processes including performance management

• Lead talent initiatives in collaboration with L&D COE

• Address sensitive HR matters with key stakeholders

• Guide change management efforts during growth phases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in HR / People Business Partner roles

• Proven advisory experience in dynamic environments

• Expertise in performance management and employee relations

• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with strategy

• Familiarity with Workday, Jira, and similar tools
