Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring for teachers and office staff
• Manage grievances and compliance issues
• Coordinate labor negotiations with employee groups
• Maintain District Policy and Procedure Manuals
• Assist in teacher placement and job screenings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• At least five years of senior management experience
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
• Ability to work with a diverse team
Drive HR excellence by leading employee relations and compliance initiatives.
