Human Resources Partner

Join Canadian Blood Services as a full-time Human Resources Business Partner in Vancouver. Collaborate with leaders and manage employee relations while ensuring strategic HR support across departments.

In this full-time role, you’ll become part of the Employee Relations team. You will develop partnerships with division leaders, assist in talent management, and provide valuable insights on HR policies and programs. Your expertise will directly support the organization in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input to operational HR issues

• Develop partnerships with leaders and employees

• Deliver coaching on effective people management

• Facilitate communication between management and unions

• Participate in training and program implementation

Requirements:

• University degree in HR, Labour Relations, or similar

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a strategic HR role

• CHRP designation is preferred

• Strong understanding of HR best practices

• Effective communication skills in English
