• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for E&E Vancouver Studio

• Advise senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategies

• Lead performance and talent initiatives with the L&D team

• Oversee performance management and compensation reviews

• Coach leaders on complex employee matters and risks

Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR / People Business Partner experience

• Proven track record in fast-paced environments

• Strong skills in influencing and communication

• Deep knowledge of performance management and compliance

• Experience with HRIS tools like Workday and Culture Amp
