Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employee relations and collective agreements

• Manage workplace investigations and conflict resolutions

• Guide performance management and attendance strategies

• Collaborate on recruitment and onboarding initiatives

• Support inclusive workplace practices through coaching

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in HR advisory roles

• Experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings

• Proficient in employment legislation and policy interpretation

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Background working with First Nations, Inuit, or Métis communities
