Teck is looking for a motivated Human Resources Co-op for an 8-month temporary position. This opportunity allows you to assist in various HR functions including reporting, process improvements, and benefits administration. You'll work closely with the HR Advisor to maintain employee records and support compliance initiatives, all while developing valuable skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety and environmental policies

• Administer HR policies and procedures

• Maintain and update employee records accurately

• Support benefits administration activities

• Prepare HR reports and metrics for decision-making

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources

• Strong interest in HR operations and data management

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Previous co-op experience is an asset
