Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of corporate HR initiatives ensuring minimal disruptions

• Evolve HR strategies to agile operating frameworks

• Deliver complex HR projects aligning multiple work streams

• Engage in process improvement initiatives alongside project execution

• Act as liaison between HRBPs and CoEs for effective communication

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in Program Management or HR Strategy

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant fields

• Ability to produce executive-level documentation

• French/English bilingualism highly desirable

• Relevant certifications like PMP a strong plus.
