In this contract role until April 2028, you will work closely with the People & Culture team at lululemon's Store Support Centre. You will play a crucial role in shaping processes to foster an equitable, inclusive workplace while supporting business partners in strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement people initiatives aligned with business goals

• Advise leaders on organizational design and talent management

• Lead change management activities for organizational initiatives

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and solutions

• Coach senior leaders in performance and succession planning

Requirements:

• 8-10 years P&C Business Partner experience

• Strong knowledge of employment law

• Excellent data analysis and communication skills

• Proven ability to build relationships and trust

• Consulting experience with diverse partners
