• Direct the rollout of international benefit programs including retirement, health, welfare, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Analyze existing benefit structures and propose improvements based on market data and organizational goals.
• Manage vendor transitions, renewals, and project delivery for benefits-related initiatives.
• Oversee global mobility programs such as permanent relocation, short-term assignments, and business travel.
• Serve as the main point of contact for mobility inquiries from employees, leadership, and the People team.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, and consultants to benchmark program performance.
• Develop resources and documentation to support Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and reconciliation.
• Assist with annual compensation cycles including pay equity, promotions, and merit increases.
• Mentor junior team members on mobility and benefits workflows.

• Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of global benefits and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with global mobility policies, processes, and basic immigration, tax, and social security procedures.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and logical decision-making.
• Salary range: $78,400 to $109,800 CAD.

• CEBS designation.
• Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant status or progress toward it.

• This role is remote for applicants in eligible Canadian provinces, with a hybrid requirement for those living near the Vancouver or Toronto offices.
