Position: Vancouver Coastal Health Onboarding Associate
Join Vancouver Coastal Health as an Onboarding & Offboarding Associate to facilitate warm transitions for new hires and exiting staff. This role prioritizes inclusivity and strong organizational skills in a supportive environment.

As an Onboarding & Offboarding Associate with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will be pivotal in creating a welcoming onboarding experience and guiding staff through offboarding processes. You'll manage onboarding activities, assist with the completion of checklists, and provide valuable guidance to internal leaders. Your expertise will help streamline procedures while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as central contact for new hire onboarding

• Support onboarding processes from job acceptance to completion

• Provide advice on onboarding and offboarding best practices

• Create onboarding and offboarding documentation and checklists

• Respond to inquiries regarding onboarding status and processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management

• Two years of experience in a complex organization

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Excellent time management and customer service orientation
