As a key member of the People & Culture Business Partnering team, you will provide essential support for organizational development and performance management. This position requires expertise in coaching, employee relations, and partnership with business leaders. You will work to improve employee engagement and drive initiatives to enhance the overall workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational effectiveness and employee engagement strategies

• Provide coaching on performance management best practices

• Partner on initiatives impacting employee experience

• Conduct exit interviews and recommend action plans

• Monitor compliance with employment laws

Requirements:

• 8+ years in generalist HR or Business Partner roles

• 5+ years driving strategic people initiatives

• Deep understanding of employment legislation

• Strong organizational and conflict management skills

• Passion for enhancing the employee experience
