The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with business leaders to enhance recruitment strategies that align with Riverside's values. You'll lead the full cycle of recruitment and manage talent pipelines, forging partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. This role positions you as a brand ambassador for Riverside while promoting diversity and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive impactful recruitment initiatives with hiring teams

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and operations for client groups

• Build talent pipelines for present and future hiring needs

• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders

• Serve as a super user for the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles

• Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills

• Experience with modern ATS such as ADP

• Bachelor’s degree or HR management certificate
