Job Summary

The Enterprise Lead, Workforce Planning role is accountable for BCLC’s enterprise workforce planning strategy, ensuring the organization has the talent, capabilities, and capacity required to achieve current and future business objectives. This role partners with executive and senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into workforce plans and provides data-driven insights that support enterprise decision-making and long-term organizational performance.

  • Leads BCLC’s enterprise workforce planning strategy, governance framework, roadmap and planning processes, ensuring workforce plans align with organizational priorities and future business requirements.
  • Leads the integration of workforce planning with corporate strategy, business planning, business case development, and enterprise portfolio management to support workforce investment and align planning decisions.
  • Leverages workforce forecasts, scenario analysis, metrics, and provides executive and senior leaders with recommendations that identify workforce risks, opportunities, and future talent needs, enabling strategic workforce decisions.
  • Provides oversight of workforce planning and transformational initiatives by facilitating discussions and providing strategic guidance on workforce-related decisions.
  • Partners with business leaders, People & Culture, Finance, Strategy and other stakeholders to ensure an integrated, enterprise-wide approach to workforce planning.
  • Monitors emerging workforce trends, leading practices, and labour market developments to ensure workforce plans remain future-focused and sustainable.
  • Models leadership behaviours that support engagement of staff and drives culture and change management initiatives. Practices meaningful recognition, and coaches/mentors and develops others.
  • Acts as a delegate for their leader as required.
Qualifications

A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, workforce analytics, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or a related field;
  • Experience supporting organizational change and transformational initiatives.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, labour market analysis, workforce forecasting, and talent strategy development;
  • Strong understanding of workforce supply and demand planning, scenario modeling, and strategic talent management;
