Become the VP of Human Resources with Humans of HR, a thriving recruitment agency in Vancouver. Shape the people strategy for a leading international financial services organization expanding in Canada.
In this newly created executive role, you will oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll, reporting directly to the Regional CEO. Your expertise will be pivotal in building organizational capability and ensuring effective HR functionality as the company scales into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global HR functions across various domains

• Collaborate with executives on people strategy and design

• Drive leadership development and employee engagement initiatives

• Advise on complex employee relations and organizational change

• Enhance HR processes to support growth in Canada
Requirements:

• Experience leading HR for organizations with 300+ employees

• Strong understanding of Canadian employment law

• Background in HR strategy and operational effectiveness

• Proven capability in international HR settings

• Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
