Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment life cycle for strategic accounts
• Exceed submission, placement, and margin targets
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using AI tools
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters in strategies
• Analyze client requirements to optimize candidate searches
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical recruitment, ideally IT staffing
• Proven track record in exceeding targets
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools
• Experience with ATS systems such as Bullhorn
• Strong communication skills to engage senior candidates
