Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit qualified IT candidates proactively
• Maintain and utilize a candidate skills matrix
• Conduct weekly candidate interviews aligned with objectives
• Generate leads through networking and interviews
• Log activities using Bullhorn for efficient tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-5 years of IT staffing experience
• Active engagement in the IT community and networking groups
• Strong customer focus and results orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make timely decisions and collaborate effectively
