KCB is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite and remotely from Vancouver. You will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment, leveraging your sourcing skills to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your responsibilities will involve fostering partnerships, managing candidate pipelines, and attending recruiting events to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion best-in-class candidate experience during recruitment

• Review, shortlist, and screen candidates effectively

• Proactively source and engage potential candidates

• Draft and negotiate job offers with selected candidates

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or HR preferred

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Proven success in direct candidate sourcing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with a detail-focused approach
