In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and office responsibilities. Your expertise will drive the candidate pipeline while maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a top-tier candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Review, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews

• Utilize sourcing skills to engage candidates proactively

• Draft and negotiate employment offers effectively

• Attend recruiting fairs to build relationships with educational institutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or HR preferred

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience

• Proven success in direct candidate sourcing

• Excellent relationship building skills

• Organized with strong attention to detail
