Position: Senior Recruiter at Talent Harbour

This senior, client-facing role is designed for established recruiters with at least three years in full-cycle agency recruitment. You'll inherit a warm book of business from day one, focusing on roles ranging from mid-level to C-suite across Sales, HR, Engineering, and more.

The right candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and be accountable for their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles

• Manage and cultivate existing client relationships

• Develop new business through networking and referrals

• Build candidate pipelines with proactive sourcing

• Utilize AI tools for enhanced recruitment efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment

• Proven billing history with high performance

• Experience with executive placements

• Proficient in Linked In Recruiter and ATS

• Must be local to Metro Vancouver area
