About therole

Bunge isseeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Manager HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful HR and payroll reporting, undertakingcomplex payroll calculations and providing data-driven insights tosupport business decision-making. Working across HR, Payroll andbroader business functions, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate andtimely HR, payroll, safety, sustainability and executive reporting
  • Complete complexpayroll calculations with a high degree of accuracy
  • Review and validatepayroll transactions including terminations, bonuses and manualcalculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support business decisions
  • Support Enterprise Agreement reviews, BOOT analysis and payroll modelling foragreement implementation and compliance activities
  • Partner with HR,Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to improve systems,reporting and business processes
  • Compile legislativeand regulatory reporting, and other compliance requirements
  • Develop reporting tools, dashboards and automated solutions, while drivingprocess improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience across HR and Payroll functions
Aboutyou
  • Essential:

    Experience using Chris
    21 and Kronos for reporting, dataextraction, analysis and payroll reconciliationactivities
  • Minimum two years'experience in an analyst role working with HR, workforce orpayroll data
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline will be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, payroll processes and payroll-related finance concepts
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, modelling and data analysis
  • Experience developing complex reports using multiple data sources and translating data into meaningful insights
  • Exposure to PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or similar reporting and visualisation toolswill be highly regarded
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
