Compensation Manager at Article

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the annual compensation cycle and budget planning

• Lead salary benchmarking and market pricing processes

• Manage compensation structures across multiple employee types

• Design benefits strategy with brokers and vendors

• Build People Analytics dashboards on compensation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience

• At least 2-3 years managing end-to-end compensation cycles

• Hands-on experience with compensation survey providers

• Multi-country compensation familiarity, including Canada and the US

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
