Elevate employee experiences as a Human Resources Business Partner at CHANEL's Vancouver Oakridge Boutique. Your focus will be on strategic HR initiatives and enhancing engagement across retail teams.

As a full-time Business Partner, you will provide guidance and support for the Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty teams in Western Canada, particularly in Vancouver and Calgary. This collaborative role requires a strong in-person presence to foster relationships and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop people initiatives aligned with business goals

• Coach leaders on performance and employee relations

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

• Analyze employee feedback for engagement strategies

• Participate in diversity and safety committees

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Strong knowledge of Canadian labor legislation

• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
