Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and performance management processes

• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction

• Provide guidance on talent assessment and succession planning

• Manage involuntary separation requests compliantly

• Facilitate training on P&C policies and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years HR or Business Partner experience

• Proven track record of strategic initiative delivery

• Knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws

• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills

• Energetic approach to fostering employee connections
