The People & Culture Coordinator is a key member of our team, helping create a positive and seamless employee experience from day one. You’ll support recruitment and onboarding, HR operations and administration, employee inquiries, records and systems, and broader People & Culture initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Own Onboarding & employee experience
  • Prepare and issue employment agreements and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
  • Keep onboarding and candidate records accurate, organized and confidential in our HR systems.
  • Help create a smooth, welcoming experience from offer through day one and beyond.
People & Culture operations
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across People & Culture programs and initiatives.
  • Respond to team members’ questions and requests with care, clarity and a customer-first mindset.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support compliance with internal People & Culture policies and employment practices.
People support & ticketing
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service to team members.
  • Monitor the ticketing queue, respond to inquiries and keep requests moving.
  • Route tickets to the right owners and help ensure timely follow-through.
Office & administrative support at Headquarter
  • Provide front desk coverage approximately 2-3 days per week.
  • Help keep meeting rooms and shared spaces welcoming, organized and ready for the day.
  • Coordinate office supplies and general office maintenance.
  • Partner with IT to coordinate equipment retrieval from departing employees.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or an administrative role.
  • A CPHR, CHRL, or related HR designation, or progress toward one, is an asset.
  • General knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and provincial employment standards, with the ability to research requirements, navigate available resources, and support compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
